Stop transcribing the school calendar.

Every August, the same PDF arrives. You re-type the early-release days, the teacher workdays, the spring break dates into Google Calendar. Then the district publishes a revision and you do it again. We track 192 U.S. school districts across all 50 states— find your kid's district, sync the whole year to your family calendar in 30 seconds, and never transcribe a PDF again.

Tip: The exact district name works best — "Cobb County Schools" beats "my kid's school in Atlanta."

How syncing works

From "I have no idea when spring break is" to "it's on the family calendar" in three steps.

1
Find your district

Search above, or click your state on the map. Every district page shows the 2025–26 calendar: holidays, early-release days, teacher-prep days, spring break, summer dates.

2
Pick your sync

One click sends the calendar to Google, Apple, Outlook, or Nori. The sync stays live — if the district updates the calendar mid-year (snow day, etc.), your family calendar updates too.

3
Done. Move on.

No more transcribing PDFs at 11 PM the Sunday before school starts. Spring break is on the calendar. Picture day is on the calendar. The Thursday-early-release nobody remembered is on the calendar.

★ Nori only · Better than sync
Your district's PDF lands in your inbox? Forward it.

Some districts send PDFs instead of publishing iCal feeds — and some change the calendar without telling anyone. Forward the PDF to Nori, and it reads the dates, extracts the events, and adds them to your family calendar in seconds. Even the ones the district forgot to mention.

FAQ

Where do you get the calendar data?
Each district's official website. We check weekly for changes and re-publish to keep the synced calendar accurate. If your district updates mid-year, the change flows through your sync within a week.
What if my district isn't listed?
Tell us — submit a request. We add 5–10 new districts per week, prioritized by request volume. In the meantime, you can import a PDF directly into Nori and it'll extract the dates for you.
Will this work with Google Calendar / Apple Calendar / Outlook?
Yes, all three — plus Nori. The sync uses iCal subscriptions which are supported natively by all major calendar apps. Once subscribed, the events appear in your calendar automatically and update when we re-publish.
Is this free?
Yes. Reading and syncing school district calendars from this hub is free — no signup required. Nori's premium features (forwarding PDFs to extract events, AI suggestions, etc.) are part of the Nori app.
My district has 5 schools with different calendars — which one do I get?
Most districts publish one umbrella calendar covering all their schools. Individual school events (specific picture days, class trips, parent-teacher nights) usually come from the school directly via email — those are exactly the cases where Nori's email-forward import shines.

The school year, hands-off.

Find your district, sync to Nori, and Nori takes it from there — including the random PDFs the school keeps sending, the early-release days nobody mentions, and the picture-day reminders that arrive a week early.
